Our dye-house, the company pro4tex, is a separate plant in Germany which belongs to our company.
Thanks to a vast investment program in the years 2012 to 2015 for the expansion and the renewal of its production capacities, the former traditional company now stands as one of the most modern dyeing and finishing companies in all Europe. The technological equipment at pro4tex is state-of-the-art. The company disposes of Jet, Airjet, Roto and TRD-dyeing machines of the latest generation. Notably the continue-production line for the open-width pre-treatment and washing of highly elastic knitted fabrics stands unique in the world. Moreover, special machines for the treatment of sample quantities are available.
Pro4tex works environmentally friendly and disposes of an autonomous water and waste water treatment. A large amount of the process heat (from used water and used air) is recovered and reused.
